Through the help of all the community, the São José Pastoral House, an old Seminary was especially remodelled and adapted by the integrants and collaborating of the Bailado Gaucho, with sights to transform it into the lodging for the participating delegations of the Nova Prata's International Folklore Festival. Today the building possesss rooms for up to 200 people, providing a refectory, chapel, hall of parties, bar and a panoramic sight of the city.
